Jake's First Car Show

Here is daddy and Jake at his first car show. We were able to travel to Dell Rapids today for their car show. The weather was great a little windy but we do live is South Dakota. Jake slept the majority of the time so he hasn't picked out a car for daddy to buy for him yet! Mommy says daddy has to get the pickup in the garage done before we even think about getting another classic car.

Helpin in the Garage

This is a picture of Jake helping dad out in the garage this afternoon (you can see the metal on the floor in the background). Some times the best helpers are the ones who rest quietly in their car seat.

Boppy Time

I have learned to love spending time with my Boppy pillow just hanging out and sometimes sleeping. Mom tries to give me tummy time on it but I don't like tummy time. Hopefully someday soon you will see a picture of me on my tummy on the boppy.

Carlson Four Generation

Here are just a few recent pictures of Jake. I think he has learned what the camera is because everytime mom gets it out he goes to sleep or gets crabby. Who knew a baby could be camera shy?

Cousin Ellie

Jake loves his big cousin Ellie and Uncle Jeremy. If you look closely you can see her shirt says "I'm the big cousin"

Tanning

Since we took away his hot tub we had to let Jake go into the tanning bed. This pictue is of him under the lights in the hospital that he had to be under for his jaundice. Check out his cool sunglasses.
